Chef and architect Marco Falcone weaves together gastronomy, architecture, and anthropology to redefine the table. His research explores food and built space as tools for relationship, memory, and social transformation. Since 2019, he has managed his culinary portfolio, Uccalamma, and since 2022, he has curated the gastronomic project for Bosco Colto.
